Job Description:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in assisting our sales team with various operational tasks crucial for our day-to-day activities. You'll gain hands-on experience in supporting sales operations and contributing to the efficiency of our processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Registration and Updates: You'll be responsible for accurately filling in forms for vendor registration and ensuring timely updates to vendor information as required.
2. Finance Data Sourcing: Working closely with finance teams across different regions, you'll gather essential information pertinent to our sales operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Client Liaison: Acting as a bridge between our clients and Account Receivable teams, you'll facilitate smooth communication and resolution of any issues that arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
4. CRM Maintenance: You'll play a key role in updating various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms such as ACMP and Feishu Contract, ensuring that all relevant data is current and accurate.
5. General Support: Additionally, you'll provide support on other tasks related to Goods Receipt (GR) and billing processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
