职责描述
Job Responsibilities
1. Take part in organizing and conducting customer test drives, assist with vehicle arrangement, route planning and safety briefing; deliver test drive introductions and in-vehicle AI product demonstrations to overseas clients in English.
2. Assist with overseas localization training of the company’s AI products for the US market, focusing on optimizing interactive experience for American users.
3. Support the sales team in daily customer reception, visitor arrangement and accompanying business visits.
4. Provide support for domestic and overseas business events, client coordination and business affairs in the US region; be available for overseas business trips as required.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3-month internship; able to work on-site and accept field work; candidates willing to take overseas trips are preferred.
2. Good communication skills and customer service awareness; outgoing, detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable to field work and business trips.
3. US nationals currently pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees in China are preferred with native English proficiency; Chinese candidates who studied in the US with near-native English are also acceptable.
4. Prior internship experience in sales support, event operation, guest reception or test drive arrangement is preferred.
5. Possessing a valid driver’s license with solid driving skills is a plus.
6. Proficient in Office software and capable of basic data processing.
