职责描述
岗位职责:
1. 公司活动策划及准备工作。Make plan and preparation for company activities.
2. 部门日常行政事务,例如文具申领,下采购单等。Administrative work in HR Department. (ex: stationery requisition, placing purchasing requisition order)
3. 协助公司数据保护官开展数据保护相关工作。Assit company DPO to conduct related data protection work.
4. 培训:协助完成培训相关工作,如培训安排、培训资料准备和录入工作等。Training: Assist in completing training-related work, such as training arrangement, training material preparation and record, etc.
5. 文件管理:人事文件的管理和录入。HR documents management and recording.
6. 部门经理安排的其它工作。Other tasks assigned by manager.
7. 遵守HSE职责。follow HSE responsibilities.
Qualifications:
1. 英语或人力资源或法律专业。English or HR or Law major.
2. 英语流利, 能使用MS办公软件。Fluent in English, able to use MS office software
3. 本科大三、研究生研一或研二在校生,有活动策划组织经验。Undergraduate or postgraduate juniors, with activities plan and organization experience.
4. 实习期为6-12个月。The duration of the internship is 6-12 months.
