职责描述
RESPONSIBILITIES(主要职责):
Data Analysis & Forecasting 数据分析与预测:
Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to support demand forecast models. Use tools like Excel, or BI platforms to identify patterns and insights.
协助收集、清洗和分析历史销售数据、市场趋势及客户行为,以支持需求预测模型。使用Excel或BI平台等工具识别模式和洞察
Collaboration 协作:
Work closely with stakeholders and incorporate inputs in demand planning.
与相关利益方紧密合作,并将他们的输入纳入需求计划
Reporting & Monitoring 报告与监控:
Support historical data sorting and analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
协助历史数据的整理与分析,识别改进机会。
Project meeting facilitator and meeting minutes taker
项目会议主持与会议纪要记录
Process Improvement 流程优化:
Support the team in streamlining demand planning processes, identifying areas for automation, and suggesting improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
协助团队优化需求计划流程,识别自动化机会,并提出提升准确性和效率的建议
Ad-hoc Projects 临时项目:
contribute to special projects related to demand planning, such as new product launches, Digital Analysis, Market Share and Competitors analysis.

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS(任职要求 – 教育、经验、技能):
Education & Professional Background(学历及专业背景):
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Big Data, is preferred.
本科或硕士学历,专业为供应链管理、经济学、数学、统计学、大数据等优先。
Knowledge & Skills(知识与技能)
- Strong analytical quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio, etc.),
较强的分析和量化能力,熟练掌握Microsoft Office套件(Word、Excel、PPT、Visio等)
- Familiar with Power Query, Power BI, Python or other tools for data visualization and reporting
熟悉Power Query、Power BI、Python或其他数据可视化与报告工具
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams,
优秀的沟通与人际交往能力,能跨团队高效协作
- Fluent in English (Verbal and written).
