职责描述
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
· Assist the organization of department internal meeting, events and activities. Coordinate the departmental business trip and meeting schedule.
· Support the clarifying, tracking and distribution of employee related documents and file management.
· Support the daily consulting of Employee related topics, provide basic guidance for employee’s requirements.
· Internal (within department) and external (with headquarter, entities…) coordination and cross-department communication for HR related business and arrangement.
· Preparation of Meeting minutes and follow-up of implementation and feedback.
· Administrative support in department.
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
· Language skills: Fluent English. Plus German
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
· Team working spirit, problem solving and communication skills.
· Above Bachelor Degree.
