Bosch Power Tools – Product Management Intern
Internship Duration: 6 months (minimum 4 months)
Key Responsibilities
1. Market & Competitor Research
Conduct power tools market, application and competitor research, and deliver structured analysis to product managers.
2. User Research & Customer Pool Management
Run customer surveys, interviews and user pre-screening, summarize insights and maintain the user pool.
3. AI tools validation for the product management support
Support LLM persona training to mitigate hallucination risk and calibrate/validate AI-generated content as PM's voice.
4. Video Content Support (product basic introduction Video)
Liaise with external agencies, track progress of product intro videos, and review scripts/drafts for accuracy and quality.
5. Team & Organizational Support
Assist with team activities, workshops and cross-functional exchanges, and handle coordination and admin tasks.
6. AI & Digital Tools Exploration for Product Management
Explore/evaluate AI tools to boost PM efficiency, summarize use cases/best practices, and support AI workflow testing & documentation.
7. Knowledge Management & Insight Extraction
Organize market/application/trade materials and use AI to extract insights and prepare knowledge-sharing content.
Qualifications
Hard Skills
• Fluent in English (reporting/collaboration) and Mandarin proficiency (local communication).
• Basic market/competitor/trend analysis knowledge.
• Interest in AI/digital tools, related experience preferred.
• Proficient in structured documents and presentations.
• Interest in technical products/power tools a plus.
Soft Skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking.
• Good organization and time management.
• Team-oriented, able to work cross-functionally.
Education
• Bachelor's or master's student in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Management, Industrial Design, or related fields.
