职责描述
主要职责/Your Responsibilities:
This role is a Multimodal Large Model Algorithm Intern, primarily responsible for training-related work regarding multimodal large models.
本岗位为多模态大模型算法实习生，主要负责多模态大模型相关的训练工作
· Support the training and testing of multimodal large language models, and participate in model continuous training, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and evaluation.
· As a team member, collaborate with developers to participate in end-side performance optimization and acceleration work.
· Research the technical trends of cutting-edge multimodal generation and understanding models to empower the implementation of AI projects.
· 支持多模态大语言模型的训练及测试工作，参与模型的继续与训练，微调，强化学习及评测。
· 作为团队成员与开发人员协作，参与端侧性能优化和加速工作。
· 研究前沿多模态生成和理解模型的技术趋势，为落地人工智能项目赋能。
岗位要求/Required Qualification:
· Education background: Master's degree or above in computer related major
· Technical / Professional skills
o Familiar with LLM/MLLM, CNN,Bert etc.
o Familiar with Python/C++
o Have some knowledge of Neural Networks framework (pytorch, tensorflow lite, Keras, caffe, etc)
o Experience of accepted of CCF-A or CCF-B papers is preferred.
o 熟悉大语言模型（LLM）/多模态大语言模型（MLLM）、卷积神经网络（CNN）、Bert 模型等。
o 熟悉 Python、C++ 编程语言。
o 具备神经网络框架相关知识（如 PyTorch、TensorFlow Lite、Keras、Caffe 等）。
o 有 CCF-A 类或 CCF-B 类论文录用经验者优先。
