职责描述
Job Summary:
①Influencer Activation Execution: Support influencer campaign execution, inc. KOL brief preparation, travel logistics execution, brand offline props & online digital posters execution
②Media Planning: Collect and analyze 3rd party tourism/media data to support media strategy and media plan. Review media proposal from agency or vendor
③Internal Process: Before campaign launch, follow up internal process, closely communicating with supporting team, such as Procurement, Legal, Tax and Finance, to make projects launch on time.
④Campaign Execution: After launch, regularly monitor the performance of on-going campaigns. Be responsible for daily/weekly reports by processing front-end and back-end data.
⑤Campaign Review: Review the campaign overall performance when campaign ends. ⑥Generate insights and learnings from past campaigns, and summarize what to do next step.
⑦Others: Organize meetings, Translate documents, etc.
Requirements:
①Current university students majored in Marketing, Statistics, Advertising, Communications, Media, Tourism and Business Analytics, etc.
②Working/Internship experience in Marketing Department of Internet, Tourism, FMCG, Beauty, Automobile, Retail, or Media/Adveritisng agency.
③Basic knowledge about influencer campaigns, such as influencer brief, influencer KPIs.
④Basic knowledge about media measurement, such as media KPIs.
⑤Fluent in English speaking and writing.
⑥Strong data/report search and data analytics capabilities.
⑦Proficient in MS Excel and other data analytics tools. Be data-sensitive!
⑧5 days per week for at least 6 months.
⑨Familiar with or interested in the culture and media usage behavior of at least one of the following overseas markets is a plus: Korean (K-pop), Thailand, HongKong, Singapore, Japan, UK, Malaysia.
