• 负责公司实习生岗位的端到端招聘工作,包括但不局限于:岗位发布,简历筛选与电话面试,业务面试沟通与协调,录用与入职安排等
Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of company interns, including but not limited to: job Posting, resume screening and phone interviews, communication and coordination of business interviews, recruitment and onboarding arrangements, etc.
• 实习生招聘渠道的维护
Maintain the recruitment channels for interns
• 协助完成其他招聘相关工作
Assist in completing other recruitment-related work
职位要求Job Requirements::
• 人力资源相关专业或招聘实习经验者优先
Background in human resources or internship experience of recruitment are preferred.
• 踏实细心,愿意学习,有责任心
Diligent, meticulous, willing to learn and responsible.
• 良好中英文沟通能力
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• 熟练使用 office 日常办公软件
Proficient in using Office software.
• 一周保证出勤 4 天,至少 3 个月起
Guaranteed attendance at 4 days a week for at least 3 months
