职责描述
岗位职责｜Responsibilities
• 参与研发或运营（Operations）相关数字化与自动化项目支持
Support digitalization and automation initiatives in R&D or Operations
• 协助软件开发、测试或自动化流程优化（如脚本开发、测试支持等）
Assist in software development, testing, and automation process optimization (e.g., scripting, test support)
• 参与数据收集、分析与可视化，支持运营效率提升
Support data collection, analysis, and visualization to improve operational efficiency
• 探索AI/LLM工具在软件开发、测试或业务流程中的应用
Explore the application of AI/LLM tools in software development, testing, and business workflows
• 协助跨团队沟通，将业务需求转化为技术或自动化解决方案
Collaborate cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical or automation solutions
任职要求｜Qualifications
1. 教育背景｜Education
• 本科或研究生在读
Undergraduate or postgraduate student
• 优先专业：
计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、自动化、工业工程等
Preferred majors: Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Automation, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 具备生命科学/生物医学背景且对AI工具感兴趣者亦可
Candidates with life science/biomedical background and interest in AI tools are also welcome
2. 能力与素质｜Core Competencies
• 具备良好的问题解决能力与逻辑思维
Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking
• 学习能力强，自驱力高，能够快速适应新技术
Fast learner, self-motivated, and adaptable to new technologies
• 良好的沟通能力，能够在技术与业务之间建立连接
Strong communication skills bridging technical and business needs
• 细致认真，具备责任心与团队合作意识
Detail-oriented with strong ownership and teamwork mindset
3. 技能要求｜Skills
• 熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（如C/C++、Python等）
Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., C/C++, Python)
• 熟悉Linux环境者优先
Familiarity with Linux is a plus
• 理解软件开发流程或自动化测试基本概念
Understanding of software development lifecycle or automation testing concepts
• 具备基础数据分析能力，掌握Python / R / SQL等工具优先
Basic data analysis capability; knowledge of Python, R, SQL is a plus
• 熟悉数据可视化或BI工具者优先（如Power BI等）
Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools is a plus
• 对AI/机器学习/LLM工具（如Copilot等）有兴趣或实践经验
Interest or hands-on experience in AI/ML/LLM tools (e.g., Copilot)
• 良好的英文读写能力（能够阅读技术文档）
Good English reading and writing
