职责描述
岗位职责｜Responsibilities
1. 流程设计与优化｜Process & Workflow Design
• 梳理并记录当前订单到发货（Order-to-Ship）流程，识别瓶颈及风险点
Document current order-to-ship workflows and identify bottlenecks and risks
• 支持新业务模式（如按客户/模块）流程设计，并转化为可执行操作步骤
Support future workflow design (e.g., account/module-based model) and translate into actionable steps
2. 数据分析与报表｜Data Analysis & Reporting
• 分析需求与供应相关数据（如预测与交付周期差异），识别改进机会
Analyze demand and supply signals (e.g., forecast vs lead time gaps) to identify improvement opportunities
• 使用Excel或Power BI搭建基础数据看板（需求、库存、订单积压、履约情况等）
Build dashboards/tracking tools (Excel/Power BI) for demand, inventory, backlog and fulfillment
3. 库存与履约支持｜Inventory & Fulfillment
• 协助进行库存策略分析（如安全库存、必备/可选库存分类）
Assist in inventory strategy analysis (e.g., safety stock, must-have vs optional classification)
• 支持仓储配套方案（如组合发货、kitting），并识别可追溯性风险及改进方案
Support warehouse kitting/combined shipment and identify traceability risks & mitigation actions
4. 项目协同与推进｜Project Coordination
• 维护项目行动清单、会议纪要及跨团队沟通跟进
Maintain action logs, meeting minutes, and follow-ups with stakeholders
• 与工厂、仓储、计划、业务团队等协同推进项目落地
Collaborate with factory, warehouse, planning, and business teams
任职要求｜Qualifications
教育背景｜Education
• 本科或研究生在读
Undergraduate or postgraduate student
• 优先专业：供应链管理、物流、工商管理、工业工程或相关专业
Preferred majors: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields
能力与素质｜Core Competencies
• 对供应链、订单管理及运营流程有浓厚兴趣
Strong interest in supply chain, order management and operations
• 具备良好的学习能力与逻辑思维，能够结构化分析问题
Strong learning ability and structured problem-solving mindset
• 细致认真，具备数据敏感度
Detail-oriented with strong data sensitivity
• 良好的沟通能力，能够支持跨团队协作
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
技能要求｜Skills
• 熟练使用 Excel 进行数据处理和分析（必备）
Proficient in Excel for data processing and analysis
• 具备基础数据分析能力；熟悉 Power BI 优先

• 具备基础业务流程理解
