职责描述
支持商业卓越（Commercial Excellence）及DBS（数据与业务系统）相关项目推进
Support Commercial Excellence and DBS (Data & Business Systems) initiatives
• 参与业务数据的收集、整理与分析，提升销售及运营决策支持能力
Collect, consolidate and analyze business data to support sales and operational decision-making
• 协助搭建和优化数据分析模型、报表及自动化工具（如Excel/BI工具）
Assist in building and optimizing data models, dashboards and automation tools (e.g., Excel/BI tools)
• 参与AI/NLP/自动化相关应用探索（如聊天机器人、Copilot等）在业务场景中的落地
Explore and support AI/NLP/automation applications (e.g., chatbot, Copilot) in business scenarios
• 与业务团队沟通需求，将业务问题转化为数据或技术解决方案
Translate business needs into data-driven or technical solutions through cross-functional collaboration
任职要求｜Qualifications
1. 教育背景｜Education
• 本科或研究生在读
Undergraduate or postgraduate student
• 优先专业：
计算机科学、软件工程、数据科学、信息系统、商业分析、自动化、人工智能等
Preferred majors: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Automation, AI or related fields
• 985/211高校或海外知名院校优先
Students from top-tier universities (e.g., 985/211 or globally recognized institutions) are preferred
2. 能力与素质｜Core Competencies
• 具备良好的逻辑思维能力与数据敏感度
Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity
• 优秀的沟通能力，能将业务需求转化为技术或数据分析需求
Strong communication skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• 学习能力强，责任心强，细致认真
Fast learner with strong ownership and attention to detail
• 具备团队合作意识，能够在跨部门环境中工作
Good teamwork skills in a cross-functional environment
