职责描述
岗位职责｜Responsibilities
• 协助市场团队执行日常运营及项目，包括市场活动、品牌推广与产品支持
Support daily marketing operations and project execution, including campaigns, branding and product-related activities
• 参与市场及业务数据的收集、整理与分析，并输出基础洞察
Collect, consolidate and analyze market/business data, and generate basic insights
• 协助制作市场报告、商业分析材料及演示文档（PPT）
Prepare marketing reports, business analysis materials and presentations
• 开展市场调研、竞品分析及行业信息跟踪
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry tracking
• 支持跨部门协作与项目推进，确保高效交付
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
任职要求｜Qualifications
1. 教育背景｜Education Background
• 本科或研究生在读，硕士一二年级
Undergraduate or postgraduate student
• 专业不限，优先考虑以下方向：生命科学、生物医学、公共卫生、生物工程、经济学、市场营销、工商管理、等
Major in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences/Engineering, Public Health, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration
2. 能力与素质｜Core Competencies
• 具备优秀的学习能力与责任心，对医疗/诊断或大健康行业有兴趣
Strong learning ability and sense of ownership, with interest in healthcare/diagnostics industry
• 良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力及团队协作意识
Strong communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork mindset
• 逻辑思维清晰，具备基础商业理解能力
Strong logical thinking with basic business acumen
• 积极主动、结果导向、注重细节，能够在项目驱动环境下工作
Proactive, detail-oriented, result-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
3. 技能要求｜Skills
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word），尤其是Excel数据处理能力
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), especially Excel for data analysis
• 良好的中英文读写及沟通能力
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
加分项｜Preferred Qualifications
• 具备数据分析能力，熟悉 Power BI / Tableau 等工具优先
Basic data analysis capability; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is a plus
• 如具备 SQL / Python 等数据分析工具能力更佳
Knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus
• 有市场、商业分析、医疗/医药或咨询相关实习经验
Previous internship in marketing, healthcare, consulting, or commercial roles is a plus
