职责描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o Support HR paper work and monthly boutique attendance report.
o Support staff on/off boarding process.
o Prepare boutique staff renewal contract and additional terms, etc.
o Support to set up staff P-File and P-file management.
o Optimize daily operation (study current daily operation process and propose optimization to improve efficiency).
o Other tasks assigned by HR leader.
COMPETENCIES
o Related HR intern experience preferred.
o Good command of English (spoken and written) and Mandarin.
o Professional secretarial skills and communication manner.
o Good command of computer skills, an advanced user of Ms Office.
o Team player.
o Flexible, adaptable, excellent interpersonal skills.
o Hardworking and service oriented, cheerful personality (warm, patient, positive, etc.).
o 4 days/week, at least 3 days/week.
