职责描述
Your Responsibilities:
• As one of the core on-screen personalities of the KOE account, participate in the filming and performance of short videos, live streams, and voice-over content, gradually building up the account's IP image.
• Collaborate in brainstorming topics and localizing scripts.
• Participate in pre-filming character design, shot performance planning, and communication regarding costumes, makeup, and props; execute on-camera performances during filming; and provide feedback on rough cuts and re-record voice-overs for secondary creative materials after filming.
• Engage in persona-based interactions with fans in both public and private domains to maintain consistency in the IP image.
• Collaborate with the team to experiment with different content formats (vlogs, skits, interviews, reviews, etc.) to increase content engagement.
Required Qualification:
• Strong on-camera presence, natural expression, with excellent improvisational skills and emotional intensity; willing to appear on camera and commit to long-term on-screen roles.
• Possesses independent judgment of content and internet trends, creative thinking, and the ability to lead execution; passionate about new media communication.
• Prior experience in short-form video, live streaming, podcasting, stage performance, hosting, modeling, theater, debate, or any related field is preferred.
• Strong resilience under pressure, able to handle frequent filming and repeated refinements; open to feedback without taking criticism personally.
