职责描述
AJINGA is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Intern to support our marketing, branding, and client projects.
AJINGA 正在寻找一位有创意、注重细节的平面设计实习生，协助公司市场推广、品牌宣传及客户项目相关工作。
Responsibilities 工作内容：
Support layout and visual setup for client WeChat employer branding pages
协助客户微信公众号/雇主品牌页面的版面设计与视觉优化
Assist with job poster, campaign, and digital marketing material design
协助招聘海报、市场活动及数字营销素材设计
Support CRM campaign and WeChat article design/layout
协助CRM营销活动及微信公众号文章排版设计
Explore and utilize AI-assisted design tools to improve creative efficiency and productivity
研究并使用AI辅助设计工具，提升创意效率与工作生产力
Support other branding and creative design tasks as needed
协助其他品牌及创意设计相关工作
Requirements 任职要求：
Basic graphic design skills with a good visual sense
具备基础平面设计能力及良好的审美
Familiar with Canva, Figma, Photoshop or similar tools
熟悉Canva、Figma、Photoshop等设计工具
Interest in digital branding, social media, and AI-assisted creative tools
对数字品牌、社交媒体及AI设计工具有兴趣
Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn
积极主动，愿意学习与尝试新事物

Outstanding performers may have the opportunity to transition into a longer-term or full-time role
