The role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support both our Finance and HR functions at our Shenzhen office. You'll work closely with our Finance and HR teams on day-to-day operations — from bookkeeping and expense management to recruitment coordination and employee engagement. This is a rare dual-function role that gives you real hands-on exposure across two core business pillars at a leading global crypto fund.
Responsibilities
- Own the financial operations pipeline — from expense tracking and invoice management to month-end reporting
- Support the full talent lifecycle: partner with the team on recruitment, onboarding, people activities, and day-to-day people operations that keep a global team connected and compliant
- Identify process gaps and build lightweight AI tools that scale with the organization
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence by bringing structure, follow-through, and a continuous-improvement mindset to everything you touch
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master program
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) — you'll communicate with our global team and external partners daily
- Proficient in AI tools as part of daily workflow (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months ; full-time (5 days/week) during summer, at least 2 days / week after term begins
