职责描述
Responsible:
PR
• Manage product loan for media shooting & celebrity dressing；monitor product availability, send shooting requests and complete internal application via SAP if needed.
• Assist PR manager to collate press release, press images, celebrity dressing image, and arrange print magazines in order.
• Support execution of offline activities (celebrity shootings, brand exhibition, etc.); participate in the core PR & marketing project.
• Assist with the filling and management of documents, material and shooting assets, including timely archiving of celebrity styling/official assets.
• Work closely and coordinate with supporting teams to ensure everything in well process.
Administration
• Conduct payment follow-up, including PO application, records tracking, contract filing and official stamp application.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required
Qualification:
- Current undergrad/grad student, relevant mktcom majors are preferred (but open to all majors)
- 4-5 days per week at least for 6 months
- Responsible, detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS office (PPT/Excel/Word)
- Luxury/fashion experience preferred
