职责描述
Job Responsibilities
Participate in the organization and execution of customer test drive activities, assist in arranging test drive vehicles, routes, safety briefings, etc.; provide overseas customers with test drive interpretation and AI product demonstrations in foreign languages; proactively learn and master the company’s in-vehicle AI products, deliver engaging and innovative demonstrations to optimize the test drive experience and improve customer satisfaction.
Assist in training and localization of the company’s AI products for overseas markets, focusing on user interaction optimization for Japan, France, and Germany.
Support the sales team with daily customer reception, visitor coordination, and business visit accompaniment.
Support domestic and international business events, overseas business client coordination and business support; willing to travel abroad when needed.
Job Requirements
Internship duration: at least 3 months; able to work on-site and outdoors; willingness to travel abroad is a plus.
Good communication skills and customer service awareness; outgoing, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to on-site work and business trips.
Current international student in China (undergraduate or master’s degree); proficient in French, German, or Japanese is highly preferred.
Previous internship experience in sales support, event execution, customer reception, or test drive operation is a plus.
