职责描述
Intern for Chinese Intensive Summer Language (CISL) Program
Position Overview:
The Chinese Intensive Summer Language (CISL) Program is looking for interns to provide language coaching and assist with course-related work during summer 2026.
Reports to:
Senior Coordinator, Language and Culture Center
Essential Duties:
Assist instructors with course-related work, conduct Chinese coaching sessions.
Assist with organizing various orientation sessions, cultural activities and field trips.
Create program-related promotion materials on WeChat official account and website.
Other tasks related to the CISL program.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student; or already graduated but holding an offer from a graduate program of another university. Preference will be given to students majoring in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, applied linguistics, or teaching of other languages.
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Interest in and experience with language teaching and learning.
Chinese culture-related talents and skills are preferred.
New media content creation experience is preferred.
Able to work on-site full-time during the internship.
