职责描述
主要职责：
1. 测试并总结德莎现有胶带在织物上的表现，对胶带在织物应用的可行性进行研究，并对应用的最佳条件进行探索；
2. 对捻福功能性指示胶带 (NIFO)进行探索和总结，分析现有解决方案的优势和不足；
3. 对功能性纳米填料在胶粘剂中的应用进行初步探索。
任职资格：
1. 材料科学，化学，高分子相关专业硕士在读；
2. 对创新技术有强烈的探索意愿，动手能力强；
3. 熟悉实验室操作流程；
4. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力。
Major Responsibilities:
1. Testing performance of tesa tape in application of textile according to customer requirements using existing laboratory resources. Summarize the results of and scouting for optimized operation conditions.
2. Study NIFO indicator tape solution, summarize its advantages and room to improve.
3. Initial study on functional nano particles and performance in adhesive formulation.
Job Qualifications:
1. Master's degree courses in material science, chemistry, or polymer-related fields.
2. Strong innovation willingness to explore highly innovative technologies.
3. Familiar with laboratory operation processes.
4. Possess good logical thinking skills.
