职责描述
Content 工作内容:
1. Sample Management: Responsible for managing sample inventory, including coordinating with external sample warehouses for dispatch and tracking sample in-and-out records.
样品管理:负责样品的申请、登记、库存管理、发放与归还,确保销售团队在客户拜访、产品推广等环节能及时获取所需样品,保障销售流程顺畅高效。
2. Document Translation: Responsible for translating and organizing documents, including but not limited to complaint reports, statements, and specifications.
文件翻译:负责翻译和整理文件,包括但不限于投诉报告、声明和规范等文件。
3. Complaint Support: Responsible for handling the receipt and dispatch of complaint samples (including international shipping), testing, and follow-up on reports.
投诉支持:负责受理和发运投诉样品(包括国际运输)、测试以及后续报告的跟进。
4. Administrative Processes: Responsible for following up and completing the procurement and payment processes for the team.
行政流程:负责跟进和完成团队的采购及付款流程。
5. Team Collaboration: Assist the team in completing various other tasks, such as collecting market product materials and assist organizing exhibition materials.
团队协作:协助团队完成其他各项任务,如收集市场产品资料以及协助整理展会材料等。
Qualifications 任职要求:
1. Familiar with Excel/Word operations
熟练运用Excel和Word
2. Solid English writing skills
英语读写能力良好
3. Good at paperwork
认真仔细,能做好文书工作
4. At least 3 working day per week and last for 6 months
每周出勤至少3天,实习6个月
