• Indirect area efficiency optimization
• Opportunities to further develop your expertise and pass on your knowledge
• Standardization in indirect areas
• Cross-team-related and cross-department work
• Diverse and challenging tasks
主要职责/Your Responsibilities
• Support to prepare and conduct workshops to optimize indirect area efficiency
• Assist the Head of Process Optimization to coordinate team topics
• Other support for daily work, e.g. meeting room booking, facility pre-check, snacks/water, stationery orders, information sharing, holiday plan, new onboarding registration
• Support some administrative works
岗位要求/Qualification
• Undergraduates or above students majoring in Business Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related majors
• Outstanding communication skills in different situations
• Proficiency in English and German is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization and coordination ability, and team spirit
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulations.
