主要职责/Your
Responsibilities:
• AI
Frontier Algorithm Survey: Monitor cutting-edge technologies and industry
trends in global AI and intelligent vehicle sectors, conduct in-depth research
on frontier algorithm fields including large language models, multimodal large
models (VLM/VLA), AI Agent, autonomous driving perception and decision-making,
computer vision, etc. Sort out technical routes, academic progress and
application prospects, deliver high-quality research reports to support the
team's technology selection and innovation direction planning.
• Algorithm
Innovation and Experiment Implementation: Participate in the design and
demonstration of algorithm innovation schemes based on business scenario
requirements and technical research results, independently complete the code
implementation, model training and optimization of innovative algorithms;
design and execute rigorous controlled experiments and ablation study to verify
the effectiveness, robustness and engineering feasibility of algorithm
innovations, and deliver complete experimental reports and technical documents.
• Patent
Achievement Precipitation: Cooperate with the team to sort out algorithm
innovations and technical barriers, and write the technical disclosure
documents of invention patents related to algorithm innovation; cooperate with
patent agencies to complete the supplement of technical materials, content
verification and opinion reply in the process of patent application, to fully
protect the team's technological innovation achievements.
Required Qualification:
· Education: Master's
degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information
Technology, Mathematics, Automation, Vehicle Engineering or related fields; PhD
candidate preferred.
