职责描述
Main goals and objectives:
• Evaluate the competitiveness of the current car product based on market development and identify optimization
points by means of benchmark
• Both organizational- and content- involvement into Product Management related meetings
• Support daily work of car product line teams and Product Management Office
• Cross-departmental communication and coordination with other business units
Responsibilities:
• Content preparation for onsite and desk-research benchmark studies with regards to automotive features
• Document preparation for car projects (e.g. portfolio, business case compilation, project milestone planning…) and
support regular meetings and workshops
• Supportive involvement into daily work of Product Line A & Line B, such as project meeting and change management
• Both organizational- and content- involvement into committees hosted by Product Management (PSK, PK…) and
other regular meetings
• Support PMO for meeting set-up and activity organization which are hosted by department, incl. workshops,
management meetings and external visits
• Support PMO for admin issues
• Other tasks assigned by nominated internship-mentor or department head.
Requirements:
• Master/Bachelor student of Automotive, Business Management, English/German or other relative majors
• Good communication skills; fluent in English as must, German as preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office software (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Capable to work under stress and with problem-solving mindset
• Experience in automative industry or in foreign enterprise preferred
