Purpose of Job
To support administrative daily operations and assist the team to ensure smooth office activities.
Principal Accountabilities/Main Functions
Assist in handling incoming calls and greeting visitors in a timely and professional manner
Assist in daily courier receiving and dispatch
Assist in maintaining office tangible assets
Assist in monitoring office hygiene
Assist in coordinating administrative suppliers’ on-site services
Assist in conducting routine checks of safety and fire protection facilities
Assist in maintaining inventory and managing the administrative storage room
Other administrative tasks assigned by the department
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
Good communication & coordination skill
High responsibility, hardworking
Initiative, passion
Excellent verbal and writing skills in both Chinese and English
Good computer skills (Word,Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
