职责描述
【岗位职责】
1. 官方社媒运营：协助完成Instagram/TikTok/X等账号的日常运营工作，独立进行内容策划
2. 内容创作：修图教程、爆款短视频、Ins 海报 /post
3. 熟练剪辑 + 修图，会用 AI 工具提效，懂海外社媒玩法
4. 深度抓欧美审美、海外热点、欧美用户修图偏好，做高传播内容
5. 用户洞察：关注行业动态与竞品信息，收集整理有价值的内容，输出创意思路和见解
【任职要求】
1. 每周至少出勤4天，实习周期不少于3个月
2. 会剪映 / PR/PS，有剪辑、修图、图文制作经验
3. 网感好，热爱拍照、修图、社交平台，熟悉海外媒体流行趋势
简历通过筛选后，你會需要完成小作业（可接受再投遞）：
1）剪辑 1 条你认为能爆的海外版美图秀秀修图教程视频
2）制作 1 组适配 Ins 的美图秀秀修图 Post 图文
【Job Responsibilities】
1.Social Media Operations: Assist in the daily management of official social media accounts such as Instagram, TikTok, and X, and independently plan engaging content.
2.Content Creation: Create photo editing tutorials, viral short-form videos, and Instagram posts/carousels.
3.Skilled in video editing and photo retouching, with the ability to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and a strong understanding of overseas social media trends and platform dynamics.
4.Deep understanding of Western aesthetics, overseas trends, and photo editing preferences of global users, with the ability to create highly shareable content.
5.User Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, collect and organize valuable content references, and provide creative ideas and insights.
【Qualifications】
1.Available to work at least 4 days per week, with a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
2.Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, with experience in video editing, photo retouching, and visual content creation.
3.Strong sense of online trends and internet culture; passionate about photography, photo editing, and social media, with familiarity in overseas social media trends and content styles.
After passing the resume screening, candidates will be required to complete a short assignment:
1)Edit one overseas-style Meitu photo editing tutorial video that you believe has viral potential.
2)Create one Instagram-friendly Meitu photo editing post/carousel set.
