Marketing Operation(韩语)
Job/Team Description :
Coupang Global team is seeking a dynamic and motivated Operation Specialist in Marketing team for the Coupang global selling business. This person must be entrepreneurial by nature with responsibility for contributing to a positive customer experience on Coupang’s global selection as a part of a fun, diverse, and global-experienced team.
Key responsibilities
Support planning for deals and campaigns (kick off, proposal, tracking, summary) and collaborate with cross function teams
Help execute campaigns and monitor KPIs (CTR, ROAS).
Analyze competitor merchandising tactics, and marketplace gaps.
Able to find ways to improve efficiency, flexibility, and scalability.
Qualifications
Able to speak/read Chinese, English and Korean
Fluent Excel skills
Problem solving; Deep dive into details; Quick learner.
Major in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
