职责描述
You are the future of design and innovation. PHOENIX has a 30+ year track record of preparing young talent for professional life. Many alumni have become creative leaders shaping the global design industry. Come join our journey in Shanghai to design for wellbeing.
* The candidate should be able to start at the beginning of Mar 2026 and can do 4-6 month long internship with us.
Your expertise
• College or university student who majors in industrial or product design
• High motivation in working with an international design team
• Passion for delivering best design experience
• Being able to do a six-month long internship
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Chinese and/or German skills would be beneficial
Your Tasks
• conduct desktop- and qualitative-research, and learn how to identify insights
• methodically explore ideas and turn them into people-minded concepts
• participate in design-crits to improve your craft and thinking skills
• design products and experiences using Rhino, Solidworks & Keyshot
• collaborate with the team to build
