职责描述
【工作内容-Working Content】
1. 支持招聘团队进行候选人简历收集、筛选、面试沟通及安排等
Support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement.
2. 支持品牌校招项目——“全球培训生”全流程推进（如前期宣传、全国候选人简历筛选、沟通及面试等）
Support the brand school recruitment project - "Power+ Trainee" for the whole process promotion. (Such as pre-publicity, candidate resumes screening, communication and interview, etc.)
3. 支持雇主品牌宣传与打造，参与内外品牌活动的策划与落地执行
Support employer brand promotion and building, participate in the planning and implementation of internal and external brand activities.
4. 支持校企关系维护与合作推进，及时了解校方动态及资源，提升品牌好感度
Support the maintenance and cooperation of school-enterprise relations, keep abreast of school dynamics and resources, and enhance brand favorability.
【资质要求-Requirement】
1. 研究生在读，电气、机械及人力资源等相关专业优先
Undergraduate junior, senior or graduate student, electrical, mechanical and human resources and other related majors are preferred.
2. 熟练操作Word、Excel 及PowerPoint办公软件
Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
3. 工作耐心细致，反馈及时，有团队精神
Good teamwork and service awareness. Patience and kind at work. Take action quickly.
4. 良好的沟通和组织能力，能承受工作压力
Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.
5. 每周出勤至少4天，4个月及以上，尽快到岗
Working at least 4 days per week and more than 3 months.
6. 对人力资源感兴趣
Interesting in HR field.
