职责描述
【要求入职时间】2026年6月1日左右
【base地可选】北京、厦门
【工作内容-Working Content】
1. 支持招聘团队进行候选人简历筛选、面试沟通及安排等
Support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement
2. 支持暑期实习生项目(例如全国候选人简历筛选,入职发布沟通等)
Support Summer Internship Program implementation ( CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.)
3. 支持员工入职、离职、转职,劳动合同续签等工作
Support Employee/Candidate’s onboarding, separation, transfer, labor contract renewal etc. daily work.
4. 支持人力资源运营团队其他日常事等
Support other daily work of HR Operation Teams.
【资质要求-Requirement】
1. 本科及以上学历在校生,人力资源相关专业优先
Bachelor’s degree and above, better in Human Resources.
2. 熟练操作办公软件Word, excel 及PowerPoint
Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPoint
3. 工作耐心细致,反馈及时,有团队精神
Good teamwork and service awareness. Patience and kind at work. Take action quickly.
4. 良好的沟通和组织能力,能承受工作压力
Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.
5. 英语读写熟练,听说良好
Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6. 每周出勤至少4天及以上
Working at least 4 days or above per week
7. 对人力资源感兴趣
Interesting in HR field.
