职责描述
Job Duties:
1. Assist the APAC Purchasing team in the end-to-end procurement process for different indirect categories (IT, Retail, General Expenses, Marketing & Communication), including, but not limited to:
2. Prepare Purchasing documents for bidding process
3. Analyze stakeholders’ consolidation, Suppliers Proposal
4. Supplier on-boarding process / due diligence check Support in Procure to Pay process (contract signature, payment, invoice)
5. Support on Sourcing coordination event organisation and onsite support
6. Other administrative requests from Purchasing Manager
General Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above (ideally in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field).
2. Good communication and analytical skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi), Image and Video editing software tools
4. A proactive attitude and strong desire to learn
5. Strong interest in procurement and luxury industry
6. Fluent in Mandarin and English, French is a plus
7. 4-5 days a week, for at least 6 months
