Name of Project 1:Based on business data, develop reasonable algorithms to support business validation and prediction.
Main Tasks:
Organize and analyze charging and driving data, and build a clear understanding of the data definitions and their linkage to customer complaint scenarios.
Support the development of basic algorithms or analytical models under guidance, and use data to validate typical complaint cases and/or identify predictive signals and trends.
Summarize findings and create visualizations or concise reports, translating analysis outcomes into actionable insights to support business decision-making for complaint triage and diagnosis.
Name of Project2: Automotive Aftermarket Intelligence Analysis
Main Tasks:
Monitor automotive aftermarket industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes.
Assist in consolidating and organizing market data/intelligence to produce biweekly market intelligence reports (bilingual Chinese-English versions).
Provide support for industry and customer research projects as required.
Assist in the information collection for the marketing materials database, complete the editing and archiving of basic materials; participate in the sorting out of the case library framework and the tagging system optimization.
