We are looking for four energetic International HR Interns to join our team. As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for international interns to join us to help execute our global hiring strategy. You will play a practical role in finding the great talents, researching international talent markets, supporting global campus events, and helping us communicate our employer brand to a diverse, global audience.
You will be engaged in
Global Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying and engaging top-tier international talent for our key business units.
Talent Market Intelligence: Conduct research on global HR best practices and talent management trends to help us stay competitive.
Global Employer Branding: Create engaging content and campaigns to showcase our company culture to the world.
Campus Relations: Support the end-to-end execution of global campus recruitment and build lasting partnerships with international universities.
Community & Referral Ops: Help manage and energize our internal referral programs and international talent communities.
We're looking for
Communication Pro: Native or professional-level English is a must. If you can also navigate daily life in Mandarin, that’s a big plus!
The "People" Person: You are optimistic, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with people from all walks of life.
Culturally Curious: You possess a high degree of cultural empathy and a "global-first" mindset. You love exploring different perspectives.
Clear Thinker: You can take complex ideas and turn them into organized, logical, and persuasive messages.
HR Enthusiast: You have a strong interest in Human Resources, specifically in how global teams are built and managed.
