职责描述
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct third-party due diligence processes in China, including training stakeholders and reviewing documentation under supervision of AEM E&C Head .
• Deliver, and track E&C training programs (both online and in-person) to ensure China employees understand the Kraft Heinz Code of Conduct, E&C policies, and relevant laws.
• Maintain records of training participation and effectiveness metrics, assist in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of AEM training and communication activities.
• Create and execute communication initiatives to promote compliance awareness, including newsletters, short videos, posters, and presentation materials.
• Assist Head of E&C to drive the implementation of the global E&C program in AEM, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and objectives.
• Partner with zonal and global E&C teams to address compliance challenges and implement best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent language skills both written and verbal in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a commitment to ethical conduct and integrity.
• Experience with compliance training & communication, or third-party due diligence is a plus.
