职责描述
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in contract review and signing procedure, including reviewing contracts based on the templates, obtaining signature/chop, scanning, couriering the contract documents and completing contract filling of daily business contracts of all legal entities in APAC;
Assist in maintaining Costar database of all legal entities in APAC under supervision (e.g. preparation on submittal/checklist, follow up on the signing progress and cross-check key dates);
Assist to provide personal identification documents/business licenses in accordance with company policy;
Assist in circulating board resolution for signature for AGM/ other matters across APAC;
Assist in legal research;
Contract filing and execution copy follow up;
Review and proof reading on contracts that under company templates;
Translation of contract terms;
Coordinate for new vendor creation/payment of legal bills;
Other ad hoc work assigned by APAC Legal team.
Job Requirements:
Proactive, good team spirit and can work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, able to work independently.
Good English skills, both written and verbal, workable.
Can attend 5 days per week for at least 3 months.
