职责描述
工作内容
- 协助 Instagram、Facebook、TikTok 的日常运营，确保内容发布的准确性（包括标签、格式及平台规范）
- 研究平台趋势、爆款内容形式及文化热点，整理可参考的内容方向
- 协助使用 AI 工具进行基础内容产出（图片生成、简单视觉素材及文案撰写）
- 从创意与数据角度参与内容优化讨论（如选题、形式、节奏）
- 参与 Campaign 复盘，从内容与数据维度提供支持
- 理解不同市场（如 US / UK）的内容偏好，并参与本地化内容优化

What You’ll Do
- Support the day-to-day operations of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring accuracy in publishing (including captions, hashtags, and platform best practices)
- Research platform trends, viral formats, and cultural moments, and translate them into relevant content directions
- Assist in creating content using AI tools, including image generation, basic visual assets, and copywriting
- Contribute to content optimisation discussions from both a creative and data perspective (e.g. formats, themes, pacing)
- Support campaign wrap-ups by helping analyse content performance and summarising key learnings
- Gain exposure to different markets (e.g. US / UK), and support localised content adaptation
What We’re Looking For
- Open to working with data, with an interest in understanding what drives content performance
- Strong visual instincts and sensitivity to cultural trends
- A creative thinker who enjoys ideation and can write concise, engaging social copy
- Strong written English skills, with confidence in day-to-day communication
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Photoshop is a plus
- Curious, proactive, and always thinking about what makes people stop scrolling
- Interest in social media growth, algorithms, and consumer behaviour
