职责描述
HR Intern – C&B
Key job responsibilities: administrative tasks for HR daily operations;
• Support on employee personal p-file for both on-boarding and off-boarding;
• Support and assistant on document, employee certificate and data management;
• Support on HRIS PT Employee Data Maintenance;
• Support on the attendance record of all HQ interns / contractors;
• Other duties as supervisor assigned.

主要工作职责:负责人力资源日常运营相关行政工作;
协助办理员工入职与离职的个人人事档案管理工作;
协助进行文件、员工证明及数据管理工作;
协助维护人力资源信息系统(HRIS)中的正式员工数据;
协助记录总部所有实习生 / 外包人员的考勤;
完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
