Department: People & Culture - HPO

Responsibilities:
 Mainly support with the topics from global People and Culture (e.g. Role Based Organization, OKR, Unified Progression Framework and Development Path, interview and etc.)
 Assist in HPO specific topics (SAFe implementation, Agile Coach trainings, Pair Coaching, culture etc.)
 Support Agile Coaches to optimize and standardize organizational process in development
 Support to ensure clear and accurate documentation
 Data analysis, reporting, and maintenance
 Communicate with employees for HPO topics when necessary
 Other tasks assigned by Agile Coaches

Requirements:
 University student in Business or Technology with at least 4 days/week attendance and last for 6 months
 Detail oriented and sense of responsibility and confidentiality
 Openness and wiliness to communicate with people
 Curious and keen on learning
 Good at Microsoft Office (excel, PPT, Outlook)
 English as working language
