职责描述
Responsibilities:
• Provide rational support for TD (Talent Development) programs, including but not limited to data analysis, process optimization, and follow-up execution.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of PPT for internal meetings, training sessions, and program updates.
• Handle other daily administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Strong English writing skills; able to craft clear, professional, and concise content for internal communication and documentation.
• Proficient in PowerPoint design; able to create visually appealing and logically structured presentations.
• Quick learner with independent and proactive thinking; open to innovation and continuous improvement.
• No prior experience required.
• Available to work at least 3 days per week.
