1、About the Role
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for building products from the ground up? Nissan Mobility Service is seeking a Product Management Intern to take ownership of our Autonomous Driving (Robotaxi) hailing platform and the in-car rider experience. In this role, you won’t just be watching; you will be managing the development lifecycle of tools used in our live operational fleet. As our "Testbed" for global ICV innovation, this is your chance to see code translated into real-world mobility solutions.
2、Key Responsibilities
(1) Product Ownership: Assist in defining the roadmap for the Robotaxi operations platform and in-car tablet interfaces.
(2) Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering teams/suppliers to translate user needs into technical requirements.
(3) User Experience (UX): Manage the development of the passenger app and onboard Human-Machine Interface (HMI) to ensure a seamless rider experience.
(4) Operational Support: Troubleshoot live issues, gather feedback from operators, and iterate quickly to improve platform stability.
3、Who You Are
(1) Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HCI, or a related technical field.
(2) Tech Fluency: You don’t need to be a full-time coder, but you must understand APIs, cloud architecture, and software development cycles to communicate effectively with engineers.
(3) Entrepreneurial Mindset: You see ambiguity as an opportunity. You are proactive, resourceful, and eager to "build" rather than just "manage."
(4) Language: Fluent in English (working language); Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
