职责描述
Main Responsibilities
1. In charge of Travel module in SAP
2. Monitor the compliance with the travel procedures and policies
3. Process the monthly travel reimbursement posting and record in SAP
4. Monthly company credit card reconciliation report
5. Provide training sessions about the travel module in SAP
6. Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
1) Ongoing students for bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
2) Fluent in oral and written English
3) Knowledge on Office tools(Excel/Word/PPT,etc.)
4) Knowledge on SAP is a plus
5) At lease 2-3 days per week for 6 months.
