职责描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and contacting store-level candidates.
2. Support with data collection, statistics, and analysis tasks.
3. Assist with other recruitment-related activities as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Junior or Senior year) or higher, majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in HR.
3.Logical thinker with good data analysis skills, ability to work under pressure, high sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team spirit.
4.Able to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week for at least 6 months.

任职要求:
1. 大学本科及以上,人力资源、心理学或企业管理等相关专业大三、四学生;
2. 自驱力强,沟通表达能力强,对HR工作有浓厚兴趣;
3. 逻辑思路清晰,数据分析能力强,能在压力下工作,具有高度责任心和团队合作精神;
4. 确保每周4天以上出勤时间,至少6个月(8小时工作制、周末双休)。
