• Participate in clients strategy and operations projects, in areas such as
o Market analysis;
o Market entry;
o Market expansion;
o Data research;
o Business processes assessment and optimization;
o Business research and analysis, including financial analysis, asset valuation and investment advisory.
• Participation in client engagements, reporting to project managers / consultants;
• Preparation of underlying materials, leading/participation in workshops;
• Research and analysis of data and assistance to the project managers / consultants;
• Elaboration of findings and conclusions that address the client issues.
Requirements 职位要求:
• Master Degree from top university major in Business Management or Management Engineering is preferred. Bachelor degree candidates will also be considered
• At least 2 years of in-depth relevant experiences on client consulting projects;
consulting firm background or related (e.g. market research firms) are strongly
preferred;
• Project experience in FMCG, Retail, Fashion, Jewellery, Industrial Goods is a plus;
• Communication skills (verbal & non-verbal); fluency in English and Mandarin, other languages are a plus;
• Ability to articulate, express and present own opinion; objective argumentation skills;
• A logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks. Comfortable in dealing with open-ended issues and shifting priorities. Practical and creative mind-set, able to “invent” and proactively make decisions;
• Ability to work independently and direct the work of others; ability to work in a team and to work under stress; diligence, punctuality, a systematic responsible approach;
• Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word); knowledge of Python and Tableau is considered a plus.
