Job Description
This position is to support the HR team, providing daily support in HR communications and operations activities. This role will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, communications channels, culture promotion, as well as operational and administrative support within HR.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Support company strategy and culture promotion program from concept design, preparation, promotion to event organization.
- Support facility-level communications across multiple channels, such as newsletters, WeChat, video, SharePoint, internal TV, and other digital platforms.
- Support employee events and meetings preparation
- Support HR document administration, including document stamping, internal distribution, and proper filing and archiving.
- Other HR projects or tasks assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High sense of responsibility with strong execution capability; proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle both important and repetitive tasks with patience and accuracy
• Good written communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Good time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
• Ability to conduct basic video shooting and editing
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is preferred.
