TASK：
Planning, organizing, and carrying out the MFUs; machine acceptance (short-term capability), documenting test protocol and final acceptance protocol; training of operators) Main responsibility: PL
Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and control plan for all levels I/II/III and all work steps in shaft and gear manufacturing, assembly, and mechatronics Main responsibility: PL
Support the project at Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Main responsibility: PL
Translation and archiving of technical documentation (protocols, standards, drawings, etc.) Main responsibility: PL
Support in AVS Project Level III tracking Main responsibility: AUDI, Supplier
Support in optimization of manufacturing technology, process, and capacity in series production (assembly) Main responsibility: Production
Contribute as support in continuous improvement processes Main responsibility: Production, Maintenance, IE, Logistics, Supplier
Qualifications and Skills:
Necessary education: Bachelor/Diplom Engineer
Personal skills: Team spirit, entrepreneurial thinking, independence, willingness to take responsibility
Language skills: Fluent German or English
IT knowledge: MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD
