职责描述
教育背景
• Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
正在就读机械工程、工业工程、制造工程或其他相关技术专业
• Preferably mid to late stage Bachelor or early Master level
本科中后期或硕士初期阶段优先
Technical Skills
• Basic understanding of assembly processes, manufacturing flow, and production planning
对装配流程、制造流程及生产计划有基本了解
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work)
熟悉精益生产理念（5S、改善 Kaizen、价值流图 VSM、标准化作业）
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
能阅读并理解技术图纸
• CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) is a plus
具备 CAD 使用经验（如 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 等）者优先
• Interest or experience with SAP is desirable
对 SAP 有兴趣或具备相关经验者更佳
• Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）
语言与沟通
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
英语流利（口语及书面）——必需
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
具备良好的展示及文档编写能力
