Are you a good match?
You have bachelor or above degree, able to work 4-5 days per week for around 6 months.
You are a detail-oriented person with strong team spirit and good communication skills.
You are proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
You have strong verbal and written English skills.
You may have CRM related working experience.
What are we expecting from you?
As a core member of the VCA CRM team, you will support various client experience-related projects. You will actively engage in client gifting projects from the developing stage to feedback gathering, assist in elevating the details of client experience touchpoints in boutiques, and have opportunities to support client events and witness the enchanting experiences at the Maison. You are expected to contribute in both rational analysis and emotional storytelling, such as tracking gift results and generating reports, developing presentation decks, and transmitting key messages to boutique teams.
