职责描述
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CRM programs execution
• CRM program gifts allocation, personalization, logistics and stock management, liaise with Retail and vendor for in-time delivery.
2. Boutique client treatment execution
• Client experience request consolidation, work closely with Retail and vendor to ensure the smooth execution.
3. CRM reporting
• Study competitor client gifting / experience / events, and update in monthly basis.
• Other CRM related reports for CRM projects review and monitoring.
4. CRM operations
• Vendor creation, contract signing, PO creation and other relevant CRM daily operations.
COMPETENCIES
• Available at least 4 days / week for 6 months and above
• Internship experience in the luxury or luxury lifestyle industry will be a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fast-learner, rigorous, conscientious, organized, dynamic, proactive and team player
• Good command of Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
