职责描述
Maison: Delvaux
Report to: Retail Operation Supervisor
Dotted-line: Merchandising Manager
Responsibility:
Cooperate with Retail team to consolidate KPI and traffic reports
Support in merchandising work in weekly/monthly reports
Support in detailed retail operation task from retail team
Assist boutiques with various payment requests
Assist in following up with Richemont’s chop process
Organize weekly allocation to boutiques as well as the store-to-store transfer rebalance according to the recent sales performance trend
Research market trend and analysis competitor activities, provide seasonal price and competitor check to HQ for future product development use
Assist in buying tool build up and collect retail feedbacks
Track the delivery from HQ and complete relevant label checking in system
ASS and RBS tracking
Corporate with cross-function including Retail and Merchandising team to support
Requirement:
Fluent in English reading and writing, French preferred
MS Office proficiency in Excel (Power Point & Word)
Strong analytical skills, data sensitive and detail-oriented
Have interest in brand retail, and have the ability to learn independently
Familiar with ERP system (SAP preferred) is a plus
Strong pressure resistance and sense of responsibility
Attendance: 4-5 days per week(with Monday as a fixed and non-negotiable working day), internship period is not less than 6 months
